Prices:
All prices are to be understood in EUR net, each piece ex factory Nuremberg, disassembled, VAT not included.

Shipment:
The freight charges for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg are listet in our shipping terms. For all other countries we have to calculate the freight charges, depending on the total weight and the quantity.

Time of Delivery:
Time of delivery in general will be 1-4 weeks depending on item and quantity

Payment:
We accept: payment in advance, against irrevocable letter of credit, special arrangements

Claims:
Goods out of MHN warehouse are at total risk of the buyer. For accepting a claim we make it a condition that goods are checked at pick up and that a note of the claim is made on the delivery document. A written claim is to be sent to us within 7 days after receipt of goods. The company does not give guarantees for   improper use of the supplied goods.

General:
The property of the delivered goods will be transferred to buyer only after complete payment. In consequence of renovating the production, MHN has the right to modify the technical features of its items and to change, the choice of the articles, without any notification. All products will be delivered without decoration. This price list completely replaces all previous ones. For any controversy, Nuernberg is the competent court.
